We appreciated this place and lovely food.

The unit we got was comfortable with private balconies.

We enjoyed staying at this fancy and pleasant hotel for one night.

i had twin/double room with a private bathroom. i loved the beds, they were comfortable, and how fabulously friendly the staff was.

had an amazing stay, surpassed expectations. friendly staff, quiet and clean. best service in town. will definitely return and recommend.

The staff here is exceptionally nice and amiable, always on hand, and the suite comes with private balconies.

The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and coffee/tea making facilities, which I really appreciated; the staff was friendly and competent as well.

Upgrade to amazing suite with huge balcony, kitchenette, and comfortable sofa bed; high quality bed and pillows; impressive 7th-floor restaurant and buffet breakfast; friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was exceedingly great. They were really nice too make sure our needs were met, from providing vegan meals to upgrading us to a junior suite. The hotel facilities were great, including the spa and the spacious sun terrace with expansive views. The cleanliness of the rooms was superb, and the location was ideal for exploring this city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options. We were thoroughly impressed by the overall quality of the hotel and its staff.

Everything was spot on. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

Our family stayed at a remarkable hotel that was very modern and in a great location. the friendly staff were beyond helpful, both in fulfilling special requests and at the breakfast which was delicious. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. the hotel boasted every imaginable facility, including an impressive restaurant with excellent food. We enjoyed the stunning view from the large balcony and will certainly come back for the exceptional service and superb accommodations.

The TV in the living room was a bit outdated.

The meals were delicious and reasonably-priced, with really good service. Despite a small lobby and a few minor issues, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and all the information I needed. the room was modern and comfortable, with fast and reliable internet. the breakfast and lunch were delicious, and the staff was exceptional. the rooftop terrace, with beautiful views, was the icing on the cake. Its location was perfect for my business needs, and the short walk to the city provided me with an opportunity to explore the area.

Honestly, I couldn't find a single thing that needed improvement.

We stayed as a group of friends and loved the spacious suite, comfortable beds, and impressive balcony. the living room, kitchenette, and sofa bed were all great additions. the 7th-floor restaurant with its terrace and beautiful views was a highlight. the staff, including Marija, Snezana, Bogdan, and Goran. the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Felt like in a fairy, no complaints.
